Campanha Gaúcha, with its hot and dry summers and cold winters, bring a lot of structure to the grapes. This translates into well bodied and good balanced red wines. Campos de Cima´s red wines aim to reflect all the typicity of this terroir.
Produced with the traditional provence method, these wines are thought fro the very beginning to be rosé wines. This means that the grapes are separated at the vineyard and harvested at a different moment than all other wines, so we can extract the best flavours and aromas of our terroir. Excellent for a summer afternoon or even for a light lunch, or to pair with fish and salads.
Campos de Cima´s Sparkling Wines already are a national reference for their quality, having several national and international awards.
Our traditional method sparkling wines, one of the few milésime in Brazil, age for a minimum of 24 months in yeasts before being sold to the public.
Still not very common in Brazil, our dessert wines surprise by their originality. Aged 6 years in oak barrels, these wines are ideal to pair with a good dessert, cheese or to serve at the end of the meal.
